Terms and Conditions

  • The applicant agrees that their period of occupation is limited to the slots for which payment has been made.
  • After the period of occupation as specified in 1, the applicant agrees to vacate the space immediately.
  • The applicant will be responsible for the safekeeping of all facilities provided in the classroom and will be liable for loss or damage of property, accessories, or facilities provided.
  • Payment made for the slots will not generally be refunded in case the applicant cancels the slot booking. However, if the same slot is opted for by another applicant after cancellation, the payment can be refunded.
  • The applicant agrees that the facility provided will not be used for any unlawful activities.
  • The applicant will be solely responsible for any of their issues or disputes with other parties during the engagement of the slot.
  • The applicant agrees that power failure or other such issues are beyond the control of management and will not be a reason for refund.
  • The management will have the right to add/delete/amend any term or condition, whenever required.
  • The management will not be responsible for loss or damage of any item of the applicant or his/her accomplices/students/colleagues during the occupation of the space.
  • The slot allotment is based on the discretion of the management and payment made is not an entitlement for occupation of space by the applicant. However, the payment done will be refunded if the slot applied is not allotted.
  • In case, the management or any person deputed by the management finds violation of terms and conditions, the applicant shall be vacated from the space with immediate effect and will be banned from further bookings.
  • The applicant shall give his name, address, email, and phone number while booking his slot. He/she shall also upload his/her masked Aadhaar card.
